An authentic approach, protecting the product taste and the health of the consumer. We are utilizing only natural products, following the guiding principles of Nature, for maintaining the real genuineness of the cheeses.
Even today, after 50 years, we are holding the craftsmanship in the whole production process: the Castellan Urbano cheeses are all manually handled, from forming to reversing in the cellar, up to the final packing.
The Castellan Urbano Cheeses are made only with milk from Veneto, collected fresh daily from selected local stables (Zero Kilometers).
