Sonia, Manola and Sara Castellan have inherited by ‘Dad’ Urbano the good willing to achieve, to do the fullest, seeking for the great and proposing the best.
Who travels for business finds the opportunity to know new things, stimulate curiosity and establish relationships: moving from one place to another allows to experiment differences and to bag first hand a rich set of knowledges not otherwise obtainable.

 

Urbano Castellan was working as a forwarder when he was young and that’s where he learned to see the world from another perspective and treasure many experiences.
He has therefore established a family run Diary farm concentrating on high specialization: production of fresh cheeses elaborated only by the best milks coming few selected local farms.

 

This happening only half a century ago, today Sonia, Manola and Sara are managing the Diary Farm house and this peculiar virus for researching excellence has been instilled by ‘Dad’ and transferred in parallel even in the small Point of Sale (Outlet) inside the company premises.

The passion for sharing

Today the three sisters are not only daily producing excellence with their own cheeses, they have been awarded as the best at a Regional and Nationwide levels, but do live out also the excellences met during the attendance to Trade Shows and Competitions where the best of the Italian agro-food sectors get together and are displayed: The Parmigiano Reggiano served on the tables of Buckingham Palace, the Handicraft Pasta chosen by starred Chefs, so finally every reference is accurately selected and stocked attentive to the best: producing and selling absolute quality products for an always demanding clientele to eat and be fed by healthy aware food stuffs.

The inhouse shop, is not committed to the need to sell only products coming from their own Diary Farm like an outlet, but for the passion to share, in a certain space, the excellences with which Sonia, Manola and Sara are connected with and practically research personally.
Urbano Castellan is the progenitor of this history, he has set the seed of a tradition nowadays rich of talent and experience. It’s not by chance if today, the Diary farm and its P.o.s. have such strong affinities.
