Urbano Castellan was working as a forwarder when he was young and that\u2019s where he learned to see the world from another perspective and treasure many experiences.
\nHe has therefore established a family run Diary farm concentrating on high specialization: production of fresh cheeses elaborated only by the best milks coming few selected local farms.<\/p>\n
